Jean served as a Sergeant in the Air National Guard, she worked many years at the Smoke Shop before opening her own café, CJ’s Saddle Rock.  Jean will forever be known for her delicious biscuits and gravy, as well as her out of this world….famous tenderloins.  She later went back to over the road truck driving until her retirement.  Not even retirement could keep her down, idol time wasn’t for Jean, so she began to drive the Amish.  She found great joy in this and lifelong loving friendships.
