David Mark White (Bull Dog), age 62, of Cincinnati, Iowa, passed away Friday, August 30, 2019 at Golden Age Care Center in Centerville.
David was born on August 1, 1957 in Centerville, Iowa, the son of Delbert and Rosemary (Veach) White. In his youth, he enjoyed playing little league baseball.
David worked in various rock mines in Southern Iowa throughout his life. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and riding his motorcycle. He loved listening to music and attending concerts. Most importantly, he was thoroughly fond of spending time with his family and friends.
Left to honor David’s memory are his mother, Rosemary White of Cincinnati; his children, Liberty (Matt) Happel of Dunkerton, Iowa, Valerie White of Centerville, Alisha White of Centerville, Trevor White of Centerville, Kaytee Gregson of Milton, Iowa, and Tyler Bride; sisters, Donna Dykes and Marcia (David) Christe; 12 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; as well as numerous friends and family.
David was preceded in death by his father, Delbert White; his maternal grandparents, Bine and Mary Veach; paternal grandparents, Dell and Lilly White; a nephew, Scott Dykes; and a grandson, Alex Warnick.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00AM, Friday, September 6, 2019 at Haines Cemetery, north of Centerville, with Pastor Allen Cooper officiating. A Visitation will take place Thursday, September 5, 2019 at Lange Funeral Home and Crematory in Centerville, with the family greeting friends from 6:00PM-8:00PM. A memorial has been established to the Appanoose County Little League, and may be dropped off or mailed to Lange Funeral Home, 1900 South 18th Street, Centerville, Iowa 52544.
