They also enjoyed working with MMAP (Mobile Missionary Assistance Program) for several years. Traveling throughout the United States, and even into northern Mexico, Irven and Sheryl worked tirelessly on numerous projects with MMAP. In retirement Irven and Sheryl celebrated their sense of adventure through twelve years of fulltime RVing. The nomadic lifestyle they so eagerly achieved during this period of time included their love of camping. Furthermore, they spent eighteen years as campground hosts at Gooseberry Falls State Park in northern Minnesota.
