Pamela Jean Pauley, age 59, of Centerville, passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at her home.
Pam was born on November 16, 1960 in Centerville, Iowa, the daughter of Donald Gene Craver and Linda Sue (Krum) Craver. She graduated from Centerville High School with the Class of 1979. On October 14, 2000, she was united in marriage to Richard Pauley.
Since 1998, Pam worked at the Centerville Sale Barn. She has ran the Café since 2003, and looked at it as her second family. Family was always a priority in Pam’s life. She loved all of her adventures with her children and grandchildren. Pam also enjoyed kayaking, camping, antiquing and visiting with friends. One of the favorite passions in her life was her flowers. She always took great pride in them.
Left to cherish Pam’s memory are her husband of almost 20 years, Richard Pauley; her father, Don Craver; her children, Nicole (Jesse) Crow, Becky Cline, Malissa (Eric) Pace, Malinda (Jim) Ratliff, and an extra son, Michael Thompkins; a sister, Donna (David) Pettibone; 9 grandchildren, Korbyn Carder, Brody Crow, Amelia Nelson, Gypsy Nelson, Olivia Thompkins, Mikenzey Thomkins, Allen Pace, Garrett Pace, and Skyler (Brette) Ratliff; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Pam was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Craver; her brother, Jeff Craver; and a nephew, Seth Craver.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00AM, Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at Lange Funeral Home and Crematory in Centerville with Jan Spurgeon officiating. Burial will follow the service at Dale Cemetery, north of Centerville. A visitation will take place Monday, July 6, 2020 at Lange Funeral Home in Centerville, with the family greeting friends from 5:00-7:00PM.
